Spend Analytics

When the Covid-19 pandemic started, the flow of raw materials and finished goods was disrupted by national lockdowns. This posed significant challenges for supply chains globally. Manufacturers and suppliers were under serious cashflow pressure and many went into financial distress.

Companies needed visibility and control over their suppliers in order to assess their supply chain risks. As prices sky rocketed, procurement in organisations needed to bring prices and therefore cost to the company under control.

Our team of experts have the advanced business intelligence and data analytics technologies to help our partners and clients. We help our clients create spend policies to control their spend. We look for saving opportunities to enable them to optimise their costs and therefore survive and even thrive despite the uncertainties.

Our team of experienced spend professionals work with our spend analytics tools to identify and deliver savings in the shortest time, usually weeks. In one of the deployments with a global telco, TAB analysed their spend and identified savings from non-compliance of negotiated prices. The partner was able to leverage on the prices negotiated by the global telco thus delivering Millions in savings.

Global Procurement Platform

While global supply chains were disrupted, procurement around the world fell into a state of panic. Its dependability and sustainability were highly questioned and scrutinised. It became a priority for Procurement to re-think their processes in order to bring their supply chains closer to home. Things got more complicated when Procurement realised that they were not as prepared and were not in control of their long tail suppliers. These suppliers were seen as indirect and low-value and therefore non-critical. The stress was further compounded by the challenge that most teams were forced to work remotely. Procurement needed to react quickly.

TAB had completed a Global Procurement Platform for a global telco within 3 months. With this, the Procurement team had the capability to monitor their supply chains and manage their long tail suppliers. The team was able to work remotely across countries in Europe, Asia and the Middle-east.

Augmented Services for Professional Service Provider (Accounting & Company Secretarial Services)

The accounting and company secretarial service industry currently faces huge challenges with high staff turnover and is struggling to provide quality services while maintaining low prices. Our augmented services product digitises the practice management of the service provider while integrating technology-driven augmented services so that they can do more with less staff. With our product, productivity of each staff has improved by at least a factor of 10x, an industry first.

For example, a global telco needed a Global Procurement Platform to standardise its procurement operations and deploy its Global Procurement Platform across countries in Europe, Asia and Middle-east. TAB was able to complete the Global Procurement Platform within 3 months with the initial deployment in Europe, marking a first for their global procurement company.

Rapid Prototyping
